Build Date?

I was just ordering some parts for my 61 fuelie and my build date came into question. I thought it was Feb 28, 1961. Maybe someone could confirm this for me. My I.D. is 10867S105717. I would appreciate it.

june 6,1961....a place ro register your car and lots of vette info by year
