1979 UP6 AM-FM CB Power Antenna?

Does anybody out there have an OEM NOS '79 Power antenna correct for the UP6 option? I've just acquired this car and it's a 7800 mile survivor in mint shape. It has just a few issues to make it perfect. One is the UP6 AM-FM CB power antenna. The one on the car has stopped working and it is the AC-Delco replacement antenna with the big black rubber grommet on top and the plastic shell below. Does anyone have a correct metal and chrome bezeled one they want to part with from a parts car? Or perhaps you can direct me towards one? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated? -MM

I had the power antenna on my 79 go bad in 2001 and as of that time I could not find an original replacement, so I had to use an after-market unit to get the AM/FM Cassette radio to operate so I could get through the operational stage of flight judging. Good Luck !

Thank you for your response. Even if I could find one that was original and doesn't work, I've heard that they can be rebuilt. My problem is finding an original to replace the post production replacement. I'm searching Corvette graveyards as we speak. -MM
