    C1 Brake Drum

    I need new brake drums for my '61. The ones on the car appear to be original.

    Any suggestions on where to get them?

      If you just want drums that function and don't mind that they don't look exactly like originals, go to NAPA and order four of their part number ND 4401060.

          Most Corvette vendors also carry them

              Get them from RockAuto.com Raybestos drums are $30 each.

                      I JUST REPLACED MY C1 BRAKE DRUMS FROM NAPA. I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED MADE IN USA Or CHINA. THE ONES MADE IN THE USA WERE THREE HIGHER THAT JUNK. WHAT IS ONES LIFE WORTH?

                          Dennis, I used Paragon #7018 which also includes the anti chatter spring on my '62. They are about perfect.
