    C2 Front Sway Bar installation

I replaced the front sway bar bracket and pillow block rubber bushings on my 65 over the weekend and was wondering if I installed the rubber bushing correctly. I installed the split in the bushing toward the front of the car. Was that correct ?

It was a bit of a challenge to use the short bolts and compress the bushing. I used longer bolts then a small C-clamp to hold it while I installed the shorter bolt. Any better ways to do this ?

You've done it correctly Mark .The split doesn't matter and most people do it the way you did. Some change the long bolt for the short bolt one at a time. Cheers, Graeme.
