    I really tried hard to find all this Long Island traffic you guys are always talking about but couldn't to catch up to it? Nice ride both ways on and off!

    Many thanks to all the MLI folks! Your meet put me over the top for my Sportsman plaque! Truly a class act!

        Congrats on the Sportsman plaque.
        As far as the traffic, you experienced the best case - the middle of a 3 day weekend. Come join us for a normal rush hour sometime!

                            There were two silver cars there. The first was a 68 (with the PO2 wheel covers). The second silver car was right next to it. It was a silver/ blue 69 L89 auto.

                                    Correct. I OJ'ed Mechanical on both cars. Both engine bays were very impressive for different reasons. The '68 was a true survivor (appeared to even have original belts!). The '69 was a beautifully restored L89!
