Carlisle Seminar- C2 & C3 boxes

Hi Guys,
I know we're just getting into June but I plan on working with Lance and Carlisle productions to present a tech seminar on steering boxes this year at Corvettes/Carlisle in August.

Watch for information and I'm open to requests if you have a specific area of interest. This will cover C2 & C3 boxes only. Based on a lot of the questions I get on boxes this should really help a lot of you out. I'll be glad to meet a lot of you as well.

Sounds like a good plan Gary. Will help a lot of guys get rid of the steering wheel slop. Bill

Yes, I think it will help take some of the mystery out of corvette c2 -c3 steering and bring to light the problem areas and common mistakes made to these boxes.

I'm working with Lance Miller,since it is his show, so I'll use his facilities. The room will be fine and there will plenty of room for all. Thanks for asking though maybe I can do something at a local event sometime. I used to hold Saturday morning tech classes during the Winter months on boxes,posi tuning, blueprinting diff's for HP use, trailing arms,brakes,shafts and suspension overhaul.

Might be a nice idea to tape the session and make the tape available to NCRS Chapters for Tech sessions. Just a thought

Well I actually thought of making a series of CD's on my custom jobs and may someday. I plan on writing some tech articles this Winter as well for the restorer.

This seminar is meant to help out fellow hobbyest so we'll keep it from getting commercial and not tape it. Come meet fellow members,learn about the box in your vette, have a question and answer but leave the cameras for the show cars.

This is scheduled for Friday @ 3:00 pm. Should go about an hour, maybe less. I"ll have a question and answer period afterwards on boxes or the other jobs I do. I know you guys want a 12 bolt for your C2 or C3!!!
