    65 spare tire lock and bolt bracket ?

    On page 76 of the manual it staes that the bolt for the lock assembly is cadmium plated. But it does not mention the bracket that bolts to the frame. I assume that it is blaCK SEMI-GLOSS? I need help! Thanks Tom
