    Vinnie's 5 star dinner

    mark yer calanders for july 9th for the road tour dinner here at our farm in cumberland , md. even if you aren't going on the road tour, you're invited to taste some of the best cookin i've ever had. just give me or bill sangry a call so we can predict the amount of food we'll need. mike

      we just toss in a couple of West Virginia's finest ramps to pprevent spoilage. if you've never eaten a ramp, you haven't lived life to its fullest. Google ramps for their description. mike

          Actually it's all aging in my root cellar as I write this...by the time I unearth it, the mold will add the extra flavor...and it'll all be nice and fermented...or should I say furmented...
