Tires for 58
Are the Firestone 2 11/16 Wide Whites as advertised by Coker the ones I need for correct judging, and is there any other name on the tire you need to have on there, I would like the large Firestone look. Thanks, Brad.

What does the Judging Manual say? If you do not have one now is the time to buy one, it is a must if you plan on having your car judged.

Judging manual, page 43, states,"Original tires used ar U.S. Royal "Air Ride", B. F. Goodrich "Silvertown", and Firestone Deluxe Champion". White wall width varies from 2" to about 2-1/2".

Yes but we here that the raised ridge cant be white, so you see some cars with and with out this, also if Firestones you see the firestone in the white with a raised white and also no raised white ridge with Firsstone still in the white, coker is telling me the 2 11/16 stopped in 57 so 2 1/4 must be 58 on, these have the ridge as black then the white starts but Firestone is at top in the black area. Brad.
