Questionable service

Long story short, I sent a original battery for the 95 ZR-1 to Cameron Battery in Emporium PA. (Jim Kane) to get it re-manufactured, and now it appears that the buisness is not there anymore and he is not around.
(Just called the Emporium police department, that is where some of this info is comming from)
They will be doing more checking around for me.
I was refered to him by some members here, and other fourms that have had work done by him.
I want my battery back!!!!!

Everett, there are NO SURE things in the Vette hobby - or anything else, for that matter - for those of us who are older than dirt, it also serves to explain why we do NOT issue references - the simple fact is that the employees who served me well might no longer be there.
Get used to it - it's not going to change.

I hope we never have to get used to service like that. Good luck Everett. I hope you get your battery back. Doesn't sound good though. Keep us posted.
