    How can I tell an original fan for a 1965 327 365hp air condition car?

      Paul - The first question is is it a 7-blade fan assembly. If so that's a good start and there has been a thread or 2 on the DB so check the Archives. Also, Noland Adams' book had a drawing. Pete

          Paul -- your best bet is to do a search on the DB under part # 3853943. There's been quite a bit posted on this particular fan assembly.

          7 blades; 18.0" diameter [difficult to measure accurately]; round headed rivets.

          There are several GM 7-bladed fans, but this one has unique blade tip bevels and bend.
