Dash Bulbs marked with an "H"

I have a couple of dash bulbs on hand that are marked with an "H" above the number. In this case it is an 1816. It is made in the USA. I saw some advertised for sale recently that said they were GE. I also have a few 1816's that are clearly marked GE. Can anyone confirm this or tell me who may have made this "H" bulb?

I believe it was Hudson lamp, but they are no longer in business.
