Tag decodes as 1970 M-20 passenger side speedo, 8 tooth speedo gear on main shaft... Hope this helps... Crash

A bit more to add to Eric D's reply: the tail # ends in ...584. The '6' is really a letter 'G' to go with the 'M'.

Also mis-read on the tag: third number is probably a '5' (not a 3), and indicates a wide ratio 4-sp. for 1970.
