Finish for lap belt anchor cable underbody

This is the cable anchor that goes between the saddle bracket(zinc plated and no longer available from anybody as repo) and the frame.

Also what is the finish on the 2 brackets on each end of this cable. This is the one that bolts this cable to the lap belt anchor bolt.

Steve if your talking about the seat belt brackets that are rivited to floor there black phosphate, or sometimes the guys say painted flat black, that maybe because once there rivited in place there is no way to replate them.

Let's see, I think you're talking about GM # 3977713, Cable Assy, that's called out in the AIM book around UPC 1, Sheet F29. It connects the RH and LH inner seat belt undercarriage reinforcing plates...

If so, my recollection is this was a rather simple wire rope cable that terminated in cad/zinc plated brackets at both ends.

Yes 3977713 is the part.
Do you know what finish the nut is that holds this bracket on.
