How do the left and right side of top shield bolt on? I know the wing nuts go on the top but how do the bottoms attach

Robert,
The top shield on the 64 should have a short hex head bolt on the top, with the wing BOLTS at the top of the vertical shields, where the top shield has the slots.

I have the top shield installed but where do the bottom of the side shield attach?

there is a threaded hole on the wire supports that the winged bolts go into. I'm assuming that the top hole is already in place using the same wing bolts that the rear slots in the top shield slide over. On the longer vertical shield there is also a slot where a clip is attached that receives a winged bolt at the point where the slot and clip mate up to a hole in the lower shield. All this is somewhat shown in the U-69 section of the assembly manual.
