Non-NCRS members visiting the convention site

I have many corvette enthusiasts here in the Charlotte area who are interested in visiting the NCRS convention site who are not members but may be encouraged to be a member after visiting the convention site.

What are the admission rules/fees in to the Z-Max Dragstrip? Will I be able to invite my friends/coworkers to come and see my car along with the exhibition?

Good question.....I'm a member and can't get an answer about attending as an observer ( walk in )during a visit to my son ( also a member ) who lives in the Charlotte area.

All of the info seems to be geared for members planning on getting thier car judged.

      Hi,
I believe I remember that in Boston a visitor could pay a fee ($10 ?) to come in to take a look at the cars on display and being judged. Hopefully that will be true this year too.
      Regards,

March-April Driveline, p. 114 identifies John Pirkle "Questions regarding Convention Details".

NCRS policy is pretty clear on this.

ALL members of NCRS must register (and pay appropriate registration fees) to attend an event. There IS a provision for a 'day pass', but that only gets the holder access to the judging field and does not permit them to participate in meet events (being a team/observer judge, attending judging schools/seminars, attending technical sessions, Etc.).

Note, if you are an NCRS member and you wait to register for a given event, there's usually a late registration surcharge to pay...
