65 rear valance area

The manual doesn't really make it clear. I am geussing the inside of the rear valance should be partly or mostly body color. Is my geuss correct? Thanks Tom

It shouldn't have any paint at all on the inside. It was held in place by a couple of bolts during the painting process.

Oh, you might see some stray overspray on the back side lower edge... Depends on how 'aggressive' the painter was when he bent down to shoot the valance panel that was 'pinned' onto the car as mentioned.

Little and unintentional might be a fair description of how much body color would be expected.
