Is anyone familiar with Waldron's Antique Exhaust systems, and if so, how was the quality of the product and fit? Thanks

Re: Waldron's Antique Exhaust
They make the GM-licensed mufflers for the N-11 Off-Road system Corvette Central sells, and have just started making the GM-licensed unique round C1 Off-Road mufflers; they've been in business for 50 years.Attached Files- Top

Re: Waldron's Antique Exhaust
I am happy with their "N11 Pipes". On my '66, we had to shorten the left side (...can't remember if we cut the header or the main exhaust pipe). Hacked off only 1/4 inch. I wanted the two sides to be exactly the same length at the back of the car, without the tail pipe extensions.
The sound is impressive. At least one, perhaps two, recorded on www.youtube.com.

Re: Waldron's Antique Exhaust
Speaking of C1 Off-Road mufflers, were these the only mufflers a '61 270 HP engine would have had installed from the factory?

Re: Waldron's Antique Exhaust
I'll defer to the '61-'62 guys on that one; there are several opinions on during what years after '56-'57 the round off-road mufflers were available.- Top
