1967 Original owners paperwork?

Hello;
Does anyone with original paperwork for their '67 have a Chevrolet New Car Delivery & Set up form?

That may not be the actual name, it is just what I remember.

Interesting in seeing what was included and checked during Set Up. Remember pretty much what we did, but don't have a clear memory of the paperwork.

I have mine for my 65....

Jim -- do you have, or have you ever seen, the 1965 Corvette satisfaction survey booklet ? I assume to be filled out by new owner after a period of time, and returned to the dealer (or directly to Chevrolet).

I have pics of one; it's about 8 pages, IIRC.

I have mine for my '67. It is as the one above, but the VIN and vehicle info at the top right corner is rubbed from the POP plate.

These forms kind of look like the mid-60s version of a PV!

Notice the LARGE slashes through the one form. I don't think the person filling that out took TOO much time checking the car over......
