I have a early 62, 300hp, Build date of Oct. 9th,61. Have two Carter AFB 3269S H1 and 3269S BK1. I need ID Tags for both. What date info do I need on both tags for judging?

Your 3269S H1 was built August 1961.
Your 3269SB K1 was built November 1961.
Based on the car build date of October, I think your H1 is the one you need. I'd say your tag should simply be dated accordingly, not in front of my 61-62 JG but I think it's "H1" also.
I was a bit confused why you need both dated, when the engine only used one AFB......unless this was some kind of COPO car that had dual AFB's.
