Another Stamp Pad Opinion

Attached is a link to a car on ebay. I wanted to get an opinion or two on the stamp pad. Specifically it appears to have a few "heavy" machine marks. They are most visible at the top in between the stampings. They also look as though they may not run perfectly vertical on the pad. I have seen a few others like this and always thought they looked a bit out of the ordinary.

I Like the looks of it. the I and P seem seperatly stamped especially the P But its off not staight in line w/ the I. I like that. The first 6 seems a little faded. Again faded nos. what I look for. AGE. But what do I know. Do ask for more close up pics. Maybe have them drop 30W oil on it to accent, then photo again. Seller seem Very forthcomming w/ info. Which is a positive so far. Goo d luck
