C3 gauge bezel ground

I'm having some difficulty with making my windshield wipers to work and it appears, from reading earlier posts on this subject, that a faulty ground at the dash board switch could cause them not to work. Is there a ground wire that is hooked to the bezel itself to ground the entire unit?

No.

The screw in the center top of the unit is supposed to ground it as are the other connections down below.
