    1963 Corvette Rockers

Would anyone have a photo of the installed rockers on the 1963 Corvette?
I am trying to confrim the amount of reveal on both ends as they were installed from the factory. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Pages 113, 157 and 179 in Noland's Volume 2 shows 3 varying installations. 113 has them even front to back, 157 favors the rear, and 179 is a z06 and the front edge is set rearward about 1/8". I'd say your good if you just center them. The holes should still be in the fg rockers so maybe just reinstall there?
If repro's, I feel your pain. I put those on our 63 a while ago......quality not too great.

Craig, since you have them off, can you measure them, length? If they are not the originals don't worry about it. If they are the originals, did you keep track of what side they came off-of?

      Thanks

Craig, You may be fighting a losing battle. I went absolutely nuts on my 63, the LWC concerning the rocker panels. Seems that there were various lengths of those produced. Various is the key word. I am not talking repros as I know nothing of those. I am talking NOS over the counter poc service replacements.
Measure the length of the fiberglass from end to end on both sides of your 63. I think you will find out that the two dimensions are a tad off. One side of the body is longer than the other. I am talking no hit-no massaged bodies. My 63 has had 3 sets of NOS rockers. Finally I gave up.
Meanwhile the ends of theNOS service replacements are not the same as the real deal assembly line ones. JD

Thanks Rich, THhse photos are very helpful. Now if I can just find a good set of NOS rockers I will be set. The ones from the car were trashed.
          Thanks again.
