    63 Antenna plate

Ever seen these rubbers strips been used between the body and the antenna plate on a '63 split (that was new to me)?

    regards,
    Rob.

They were not on our #9664 coupe. I know as I was up close and personal to it not that long ago. Had to pull the left muffler to get at it. BTW Rob, the car is now in your neck of the woods in Rotterdam(sp?) heading to Austria. Arrived last week. If you're out and about and see it let me know.
