You may want to put this out to club members and other local clubs who may be planning a trip.



There is a new Harley Davidson shop opened at the end of The Cherahala Parkway in Tellico, Tenn. And they will open another one later this year on Hwy 129 (more dragon stuff). The photographers were set up on the Cherahala since 129 was closed.

To this day my wife has no kind words of our trip up the TOD. When we first went that route,many years ago, some of the locals called it "vomit highway". I have since found a nice trip from Lexington Ky. on the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway going east to Williamson W.Virginia.The highway is like the Autoban really nice to wind it out. After Williamson on rt 52, it is like the TOD,only twice as long to Gilbert W.V. Round trip is about 40 mi.(Williamson-Gilbert-Williamson.)-John
