I remember an ad in the Driveline for such a shield but haven't found the ad in the latest issue. My A/C compressor is coming out for R&R and now is the time to add the shield. If I could only find the source? Anyone know, or could someone look up the ad in an older Driveline?

This is the second thread on this subject. I can remember looking in an earlier Driveline for that ad for someone else who posted on the board about six months ago. I didn't pay attention to the resolution -- if the inquirer posted the result of his search.TerryComment

I few friends of mine tried recently to contact the seller of these compressor shields and did not get a reply.
One of these guys is going to manufacture his own/different shield. When this occurs, and he has extras, I will post on this forum. I think he was going to have a fab shop make a templet of his design and then do a few dozen first-run units for some friends.
Will keep you posted.....but I won't advertise.
