Wiper door trim adhesive

I am putting my wiper door and side trim pieces back on after a repaint. I have the clips but need to replace the "goop" inside the pieces to make sure the trim pieces stay in place. What is this stuff? It's black and 41 yrs old so it isn't sticky.

Strip-Calk is what you want.
Available at many auto parts stores.
