Duke and I each have a "Z-09" in addition to Sting Rays.

Here's a link to RPO codes.

              Z - 71 is an "Off road" package. I have a Suburban Z-71.

Both Z-71 and Z-71 Off Road. The words "Off Road" are below the number. There's one of each in my driveway. As best as I can figure it's a heavy duty spring/shock/sway bar package, but all I'm sure about is it's real popular with the young guys.
