I can't tell you exactly what it is because there seems to be a missing suffix code. However, the 14016379 block is a 350 cid block used from 1977 to about 1979 and, possibly, later. The 462624 cylinder heads were also used during that period (as well as earlier and later).

The 14016379 was used for Corvettes for late 1979 applications only. The 462624 cylinder heads were used for all 1979 Corvettes as well as other years.

Does the block have "Hecho en Mexico" cast-in adjacent to the block casting number? The pad stamp looks similar to those used on GM "Targetmaster" and "Goodwrench" generic replacement engines, and those were all made in Toluca.
