    Corvette steel wheels

I have identified several nos. on the exterior of my whees As follows:
Next to valve stem followed by Near center of wheel

    K15 4 16 AG K15 11 D
    K15 4 1 FI K15 3 B
    K15 4 1 FI K15 3 B
    K19 4 18 YH K19 GM E

These wheels are off my 1966 convertible.
Are they Corvette wheels and do they have any value?

    Thanks

    Roger,

The codes you listed don't ring any bells for me. Check out this thread for more info:

I have no idea on the value of yours.

        Roger,

One wheel is 15x7 (AG), two are 15x6 (FI) and (I think) the last one is 15x8. If that last line is two wheels my bet is 15x8..

          A bit more info: from Colvin's '65-75 Chev-by-the-Numbers books.

The FI is 1970 Chev B-body RPO Wagon, 6" Rally

The YH is 7" 1969 Camaro and 1970 Monte Carlo 7" RPO Rally.

          The "AG" is 1968 Corvette.

            Roger,

The "AG" wheel is 15X7JJ with -0.28" offset dated April 16, 1975, used on the 1968 Corvette (replacement wheel).
The "FI" wheels are 15X6JK with 0.06" offset both dated April 1, 1975, used on 1970 Chevrolet S.W. (replacement wheels).
The "YH" wheel is 15X7JJ with 0.30" offset dated April 18, 1969, from a 1969 Camaro Z28. I believe the "YH" wheel was only used in 1969 and was replaced with the "FW" wheel which looks identical, same size, same offset.

Note that the 15X7JJ "AG" wheel has a negative offset and the 15X7JJ "YH" wheel has a positive offset. These wheels should not be used together as the net difference in offset is 0.58".

The original 69 Z28 "YH" wheel has some SERIOUS VALUE if it is in good condition.

The 65-66 Corvette wheels (15 X 5 1/2 JK) are dated coded on the rim part which you can not see with a mounted tire. There are no stampings near the valve.
These wheels have some SERIOUS VALUE if in good condition.
