    Stamp pad ??

I have a stamp pad that I cannot find in my corvette books. It is FO320HC. I suspect it is out of something other than a corvette! Help and thanks in advance. By the way my buddy in Atlanta continues to advertise his 65 as original!!

1965 Powerglide equipped 250 HP 4 barrel engine from a Pass Car.

      By the way...
HCH = 1966 Powerglide 275 HP Holley 4 barrel engine from a Pass Car.
HCR = 1966 Powerglide 275 HP ROCHESTER 4 barrel engine from a Pass Car.

        Tom 2'd,
I have a stamp that ends with HC. I do not have the entire number with me. I will post it when I get home tonight. I thought it came from either a "67 chevelle or camaro?

I hate to feed the belief that everything is on the Internet -- it is NOT -- but:

There are others, but this will get you started. But always verify the accuracy of what you find from several independent sources.

I see that the second of Terry's recommended websites says 307 for the engine size of an "HC" coded Chevy block. My source was one of the five books by Alan L. Colvin, very generally available from the NCRS (This Site), Amazon, various swap meets and many other places.

                  Re: Stamp pad ??

I don't think there was a 307 cid as early as 1966, was there?
These kinds of things are why I suggested using a second source to verify accuracy. Web sites are easy to create, but listing all these codes correctly requires a very great level of attention to detail -- and once it is on the web, the mistakes just go round and round forever.

Edit add: My personal preference is the Information Bulletins Chevrolet provided to their dealers, but one needs to know the year the engine was assembled to use them since the data was released each year. At least computers allow a more flexible search.

Oh yes Tom, I enjoyed the week in Old Town in 2010. I mostly did the Advanced Judging Seminar and hunted the swap meet for a set of full power seats for the Z06. :-(

I did not get to see very many of my friends. I thought at this point in my life I would get to slow down, wrong..... Some weeks are as busy as any I have ever had in my life, well not quite as busy as when I had the farm and cut hay or corn silage. Almost....
