    yes, if owner allows. if not, we ask him to remove the cap(much like the ignition shielding and air cleaner).mike

        yes, the solid lifter engine cap has no venting while the hydraulic lifter engine caps have vents in the cap.mike

                At a local parts store a dumb a$$ walked in this week and ask for a 710 cap...My friend looked at him funny and ask him what he was talking about? The guy took a OIL cap out and said this 710 cap.....I guess everyone in the carquest part store fell on the floor.
                Wow and we worry about a rivet.....??
