    Turn signals

I have a question about turn signals on a 62. The signals work fine as long as the parking lights or headlights are off but when on they do nothing.
I have changed the flasher and also the headlight switch but no change.
The rest of the car is original. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Joe, I'd start by checking the grounds. This is typical of a resistive short to ground, when loads are low, enough current will flow to allow function, but as the load increases, the system can't get enough current thru the ground circuit.

Check to see if the bulbs in the sockets are put in correctly, (Trunk) I have had some weird things going on in my 58 due to this. Thanks, Brad.

Joe, sometimes a incorrect bulb part no. may slow down the signal response operation,( I.E.67, 1034, 1157).
