    Anyone using NCM insurance??

Thinking of possibly switching and wanted to see if anyone had any feedback on them? PM me if needed.

    Thanks!

I switched from Haggerty to NCM last month when my policy renewal date came up. No problems with Haggerty, but their premiums just kept creeping up and decided to shop around. Like-for-like agreed value policy with same coverage, Adam at NCM was about $200 cheaper on an annual basis. Obviously, no claims yet (and hopefully never will) so I can't comment on that aspect.

Jim, I'm seeing about the same difference as you did in premiums. I believe I may give them a try.

      Thanks,
      Steve

I used them, much less expensive. They had to use a sub company to insure in Ca. No problems so far. This is my first year with them. Bob

They will not write insurance in Massachusetts. There may be other states as well.

Do they write insurance in Florida? I use American Collectors Insurance now. Might check to see if premiums are less for same, repeat same, coverage.

NCM is NOT an insurance company in-and-of-themselves. The underwriter that Adam Boca offers the policies through is American Modern Insurance Group (AMIG). Adam is NOT licensed in all States to write policies, and in those States he is not, the home office writes the policy. Maryland was one of those States until recently. My premiums are around $400/year less than the same coverage with ACI. I have been with AMIG almost 2 years, but no claim experience.

I switched to MCM last year, the premiums were lower for the two cars that I have them insure as compared to others. There is some wording/ restrictions that they have about using the car and there are mileage limits which normally is not a concern. One of the items they talk about is if you stop by a store they consider that using the car for an unauthorized use(errands) and may not cover it. I did ask Adam about this and that is what I was told at the time.

I switched about 3 years ago from Hagerty to NCM when Hagerty would not write insurance for my C6 because my daily drivers were more then 5 years old. NCM didn't have any issue with the age of my daily drivers.

When Hurricane Sandy came up the coast last year, NCM called and offered ($$) to help relocate my cars if I was going to be in one of the more susceptible areas (I wasn't, so the cars stayed put). The day after the hurricane passed they called again to see if we made out ok, we did except power was out for the better part of the week. I realize that they were really only looking after their insured cars, but I thought it was pretty good cust service.

Couldn't agree more on the "nice touch" that Adam / NCM showed during Sandy and other events.

I have two corvettes with NCM insurance and Adam Boca is easy to deal with and the rates saved me a couple hundred a year from Hagerty. I have been with them for two or more years and haven't had a claim but I get the feeling that they are prone to good customer service. Good rates, good customer service, good insurance, seems like a win to me. I recommend them.
