Hi new guy here, I just picked up my new 1966 Corvette last weekend. Mostly number match, 350hp, 4 speed , AC, no rust but Arizona sun put the hurt on it. I am waiting for the books I have ordered to come in and I can't wait to start on it. I am new to Corvettes so I don't know much. I wanted to just say hi. I will be back. Thanks Terry

Re: New guy, New car
Terry,
Welcome! Enjoy the "new" car. It should be a lot of fun for you. There is a ton of information you can get from this board too. I would try to get the car to a Chapter meet for judging before I did anything to the car. You can learn from my mistake. You might have a very valuable original car.
Good luck,Terry Buchanan

Hi Terry,
I'll say welcome too, to both the NCRS and the Board.
From looking at your pictures it seems like you have a nice solid start.
I'd enjoy seeing updates as you proceed.

Re: New guy, New car
Terry,
I completed a 1963 body off years ago, I'm working on a 63 &67 at the same time. Yes, I need help!
But seriously, ANY question I had or have, the folks on this site have provided accurate information in pretty much every situation I've run into.
Piece of advice...ask the question and wait a few days for the answers, you'll be bery pleased.
