    1965 2/08/65 Build Date (j50) 5487084? & D3?

    Have a 65 Coupe Feb Build... my Master Cylinder has a cast #5487084 and on the other side 'D3'. First question... does this number jive with a feb 8th build date? and what is D3?... Delco date code?

      The "D3" is a foundry pattern identifier - not a date code.
