1969 Corvette finished

Since I've asked so many questions ove the past year regarding the restoration of my 69 Vette, I thought it would be a good time to show the final result. First picture is the day I bought the car, second picture is the day I brought the body home from the paint shop and the third picture is how it looks all put back together. I spent the better part of last spring and summer stripping off two orange re-sprays plus the original tuxedo black and then had the car repainted in the original color of tuxedo black. This is the first time I've tried attaching a picture so we'll see if this works. Thanks again to all who helped with advice. I still have a few small technical issues so I'm sure I'll be posting more questions once the weather gets a little better. KONPbuilding 014.JPG

Jim, Nice job bringing your to 69 Corvette back to original black. Love to see early C3's in black. Lot's of hard work, but worth the end result. Can't wait to see more pic's. Enjoy taking her out for a spin. Save the Wave.>George

Hi Jim,
I enjoyed seeing your pictures!
The cars really do sit "odd" when they come home and are missing so much weight.
The finished car looks beautiful.... you must be VERY pleased.
Now that you can post pictures, how about a few more? Engine compartment pictures are my favorite... hint...hint!
