That should add a little excitement to the Z06 world. I've had some of these details for a while now and was happy when GM finally sent me the release on Tuesday night. I hate keeping Corvette secrets

Not sure if making the Z06 look like the ZR1 is a great idea or not. I think the car will be fantastic, but I also think the ZR1 guys payed enough to have a unique car, unlike any other Corvette.

It is refreshing to see a special car though that is more than just stripes and paint.

psssst......... Hey GM. Wanna sell a bunch of Z06's ?? Make it in an automatic !!

they have committed to buy ZR1 parts from suppliers that can't use because the ZR1s are not selling that well. same thing they did with the ZO-6 parts making the grand sport and the FRC parts making the C-5 ZO-6 when FRC did not sell

Nope, no orange pictures yet. Look for some photos to show up after the 19th of the month, maybe.

No other pricing or 2011 details yet. I don't even have any 2011 secrets yet !

If you want to see photos of the Orange there are some in a thread over on the Corvette Forum C6 section. That Inferno Orange is used on Camaro and a truck and another Chevrolet car I can't remember. Someone on CF posted pictures of those three cars so people ould see what the color looks like.
