68 kick panels

i thought that the kick panels were the same for 68-69 but someone on ebay alleged that 68 kick panels were made of fiberglass and later kick panels were plastic. as always the help is appreciated. don.

My F-13 68 car also has plastic panels. I did think that the 68 kick panel was unique however due to the orientation of the plastic bars on the kick panel. I thought 69 and up were a slightly different "grate pattern" than the 68 used.

The 1968 and 1969 kick panels were different. NONE used were fiberglass, though. If the eBay seller that came up with this idea has one that's made of fiberglass, I'd love to see it.

My original owner 68 built 42 years ago in FEB has plastic.
