No --- F, for 1964 Smith bodies means June. A was January, when they first started Corvette body production there. Trim tag will also show A-xxxx for the body number.

Thanks I am trying to date a set of shocks for the owner and he thought the car was built February 25.

If the car BODY is St Louis built, then F is February 1964. However, if the car BODY was built by AOS, then F is June 1964. When AOS began building bodies at the beginning of 1964, they started with the letter A.

I would expect #21,357 is an AOS body car. The BODY number should also begin with an A-xxx and the font is 1-1/2 or double space, which is unique. St Louis TRIM TAGS are single space.
