D-1518 GM 1995096 58-62 Corvette, should have 096 stamped on the metal also used in pass car applications.

The only applications I can find for a D1519, GM #10203715, are 91-93 Pontiac Grand Prix.

Yes, I found that now. The D1519, aka GM #1995108, was used for 1961 Oldsmobile with "Guidematic".

Apparently, Delco "re-used" the D1519 part number for the 91-93 Pontiac Grand Prix switch. That's rather unusual. They sometimes re-use a number but the usually give it a different prefix or suffix. In this case, they didn't.

Incidentally, the GM #1995108 was discontinued without supercession in May, 1974.
