Crosshaft removal

How do you remove the lower inner crosshafts from the lower A-frame with the A-frame off the car? I got the upper A-arms off the upper inner shaft OK but the lower shafts are too long to slip out of the A-arm ears. Do you have to cut a seal? What am I missing?

With the bushings and seals removed from both ends of the shaft, it should come free of the arm with no drama.

Thanks John. I had figured it out. Once I poked one of the old seals back through the hole in the A-arm ear I was able to remove it.
