I just disassembled my tie rods and when I rolled them across the garge floor, I notice that they were not straight. One worse that the other. Will these rods being slightly bent affect the alignment and steering to some degree? Should they be replaced?

Thanks Roy. I figured that, however because toe-in is adjusted by screwing the tie rod ends in and out, I thought that you can compensate for the fact that the rods are not completely straight. I've never aligned a car but it seemed logical to me.Keith MacRae

Well yes you can ajust the toe in but later replace the rods when you can if there not bend BAD- Top
