67 points hit for leather vs vinyl

Let's say you have a 67 that came with vinyl interior and you put leather seat covers on ,what would be your total points hit for doing this.

It cost me 12 pts in Minneapolis, had leather and should have been vinyl.

Jim, I know another person in our chapter that lost ALL of the seat points though.

As with anything else, if you are expecting a deduction on something, the rest of the car has to be THAT much better to still get Top Flight. (not news to you, just saying it out loud again)

          Jim

If I am not mistaken the Judging Reference Manual specifies the standard deduct for rmaterial or color change on the interior. I don't have my copy handy, but maybe someone else can help out.

Per current standard deductions the 12 point loss would be correct for a 67.
