    64 Hockey Sticks

Are these seat hinge arms original OEM supplied parts or reproductions? There are no GM part #s except for the AAC stamped on the back. They do have a bent offset below the angle and do not lay flat as I have read in the archives. I need to know before I waste money rechroming these. If these are repros. i'll just buy new ones. Thanks, Jim

They appear like originals to me. Plus, "AAC" was a firm that was a supplier of stamped steel parts to GM "back in the day". I don't think they ever made any reproduction parts, though.

they are the real deal. as joe stated, AAC was the mfg'r logo. they also stamped the ash trays for c-1's and if you remove an original c-1 ashtray, AAC is stamped on its wall. mike

Thanks for the confirmation. That's nice to know so I can rechrome these. I also recall AAC on the C2 ashtray as mentioned. I new I had seen that logo somewhere.
