Are the undersides of rear compartments Krylon 1613 black?

Don, try a applying the paint to a small area the back of one of the doors, Its a origianlly a satin color or even semi flat. Not sure of the krylon part no.

1613 is Krylon Black Semi-flat

Don, sounds like you have the right color, just make everything a uniform color with the tray and doors. its pretty much the same semi flat color inside the rear doors and window tray.

Hi Don,
On my 71 doors the backs were painted but not the edges or carpet side. Where they perhaps cut from a pre painted sheet that had been painted on only one side?
The paint is really quite flat compared to other black in the interior. I've always thought that was because the material was so porous.
