61 spare tire cover

Am making a new spare tire cover out of the 3/8" x 5 ply plywood. Need to know the correct distance from the flat on the top to the center of the
1" finger lift hole on the bottom. I believe the spare tire cover is the same for both 1961 and 1962.

Make sure it's a good pc. of plywood.

The original tireboard on 1961 #3860 has a distance of 26 19/32. It has two footballs on top which were filled. I assume by the plywood provider.
