    What are these holes for?

67, 327/350. No A/C, no p/s. Imagine hood up you're standing on pass side looking down by expansion tank.
To the right, about 8" are 2 holes about 3/8". Spaced maybe 3" apart on a horizontal line. What are they for? Thanks, Bill.

Can't think of exactly where you mean. Got a picture ?? Could they be for ac hose mount on an AC car ???

Bill I believe what you are looking at are holes in the inner fenderwell. On my first Corvette, a 64 convertible with factory air there were two holes in my inner fenderwell like on your 67. The two holes were there to assist in changing the #2 and #4 spark plugs. I could reach under the air conditioning compressor and remove the spark plug boots and from the wheel well use my ratchet with appropiate length extensions and a spark plug socket to remove and install spark plugs.

        Bill,

Do they look like these? If so, they are the spark plug access holes cut inside the passenger side wheel well after the car was made. The gave easier access to the plugs hiding, in my case, under an AC compressor and radio shielding.

          Bill -

They're not factory holes; must be previous owner-inspired.

Kirk, don't look that way. 2 single holes about (remeasured) 7/16", spaced about 3-4 inches apart. Think it may have mounting place for a cold can. Bill.

The only other thing I have on that side are holes for my AC hose brackets, but they are bolt-size and I think all that would be on a non-AC might be dimples where they should be cut rather than open holes.

No they are not for the overflow tube, much lower than those. Bill.

                  Bill,

What serial number is your car as I have 2 holes just like your describing on my car # 12706 also a 67 327/350 no A/C, no P/S. The two holes on my car are 6 1/2" from the expansion tank, same hole diameter size, and spaced about 2 1/2" apart
