I don't think Corvettes ever had smog, that was only Vegas and Corvairs. Wait a minute, I think Ford Pintos had smog.

Back when they were new, most Corvettes didn't seem to have the smog pump very long but now for judging they seem to be coming back as standard equipment.

I would agree with everyone that Bill Hodell does a great job having what you need in a complete or partial system.

Every time someone uses the term "Smog Pump" I can hear my shop teacher flipping out saying "The engine is the smog pump! You are talking about an A.I.R. Pump." That was almost 40-years ago. Funny how some things just scar you for life.

actually the engine is a "air pump" it take in air heats it up and changes it into energy.
