    Sal,

I would be glad to help! Let me try to get a couple shots for you. It is a little tough with the A/C lines and brackets in the way but I'll do my best.

    Regards,
    Kevin

        Kevin,

I may have yours. What's the four digits of the VIN?

          Mark,
0942, I hope you are a better camera man than I am! I can't get a good shot of it! There are just to many things in the way to get a good picture?
I didn't see you snap any pictures, the car has only been out in public once?

                  Sal,

I'm sure Greg would give you both of his '72 LT-1's engine pads.

My little contribution to this interesting tread. Same one, different focus...I wish I had a few different ones but it's my 1st LT-1...

I've been collecting engine pad stampings for sometime in my research on '71 LS6 Corvettes. However seeing some examples of the small block stampings for the LT-1 engines is interesting. The first feature I noticed is the two different numeral zero's used in the engine assembly stampings. It also appears that the numeral 6 or 9 looks identical, as if it can be used interchangeably.

Warren, you will see three distinct "0" in the stampings during the three year run of the engine
